Sad news: Charlie Cooper, half of the New Orleans/Chicago electronic duo Telefon Tel Aviv, passed away last Thursday, January 22, at the absurdly young age of 31. In a MySpace blog post yesterday, Cooper’s bandmate Joshua Eustis eulogized him:
